Forte Aesthetics Products and Services – Interior Design, Woodwork & Furniture Solutions

Welcome to Forte Aesthetics Products and Services. We offer a wide range of services including interior design, production, and installation of interior woodworks such as kitchens, closets/wardrobes, TV consoles, wall paneling, office furniture, bathroom furniture, upholstery, gypsum board installations, wallpapers, wall murals, epoxy flooring, and revamping of interior structures. By accessing this website and engaging in sales activities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Scope of Work

All services, including design, fabrication, and installation, will be clearly defined in a written estimate or project brief. Any modifications or additional requests after project approval may lead to revised timelines and additional charges.

2. Sales & Product Specifications

Forte Aesthetics Products and Services will provide all necessary materials needed for production.
All materials used are in “as is” condition and of the finest quality.
All images displayed on the website are for illustration purposes only. Minor variations in color, markings, and texture may occur due to natural differences in materials.

3. Payment & Pricing

All services are priced in Nigerian Naira (₦).
Total cost includes production, installation, and logistics.
Payments can be made via cash, cheque, or bank transfer.
Clients may pay in full or opt for our flexible payment plan: 70% upfront before commencement, 15% at 80% job completion, and the remaining 15% at 90% job completion.
All outstanding financial commitments must be settled before final delivery.

4. Production Timeline & Delivery

Delivery timelines vary based on project scope, service nature, and location. Minimum delivery time is five (5) working days.
All installations are handled by trained and qualified staff.

5. Contracts, Returns & Refunds

Clients will be provided with a service agreement form detailing the client’s information, provider information, and a summary of services to be rendered.
Once production has begun, no refunds will be issued.
Clients may not modify the project once production has commenced.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate dimensions, approvals, and access for timely execution.
Ensure that installation space is clean, accessible, and ready.
Confirm all design choices prior to production.

7. Warranty

We offer a 3-month limited warranty on custom-made furniture and woodwork items for defects in craftsmanship and workmanship.
The warranty starts from the date of delivery or installation.
The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, exposure to moisture, wear and tear, unauthorized modifications, or third-party interference.
Repairs outside the warranty period will be charged separately.

8. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All concepts, visuals, and designs remain the property of Forte Aesthetics Products and Services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may not replicate, reuse, or outsource our design work without our consent.

9. Liability Disclaimer

We are not liable for:

Delays due to third-party issues or natural occurrences.
Site-related damages or client misuse.
Claims exceeding the total amount paid for the service.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes should be initially resolved via direct communication or mediation.
If unresolved, disputes will be governed by Nigerian law.

11. Agreement Acceptance

By making a deposit or confirming a project, clients agree to the above Terms and Conditions as outlined by Forte Aesthetics Products and Services.
